As a supportive friend, I went to my friend’s concert again! Yep. This is my third time to “The Flowers of Culture” concert series at Soka Gakkai Malaysia (SGM), Cheras. This event is a very special and romantic for me tonight because my darling is there as well!
The first song played by the FeiYang Symphonic Band, Symphony No. 5 in C minor, Op. 67 (Ludwig van Beethoven) is my favourite among all the others. The distinctive four-note of "short-short-short-long" motif catches the attention of me the most. It gives me a feeling of ‘Wake Up!’, ‘Stop Dreaming!!’, ‘Do the Right Thing NOW!!!’.
There are 9 songs in total for the 2-hour performance. Personally, I love the performance very much. As for my darling, I am surprise that he did not fall asleep plus saying that, he will definitely come again!
