Vichyssoise Soup (Creamy Potatoes Soup)




Ingredients:
2-3 potatoes, peeled and sliced
1-2 cup of milk
1tspn salt (or more if preferable)
ground black pepper to taste
1 small onion (if preferable), chopped

Directions:
1. Steam or boil the washed potatoes.
2. Chopped onion till all are soft.
3. Puree in a blender to blend* (if got) otherwise juz stir till all smooth.
4. Pour back to the saucepan with the medium heater, keep stirring the mixed potatoes, add salt and slowly add milk.
